Time

Those who watched the season premiere of Grey's Anatomy would know why I named this one "Time". That show ROCKS!

---------------

Some people can say that they are lucky to be alive. Tonight I wonder how many of us might have come close to death and not even known it. Until tonight, I guess I fell into that category: my mum told me about my birth; a couple more minutes, and I wouldn't be alive. There's that time thing again; seems it was an appropriate title after all.

Now, for the quote of the week:
"And the devil came here yesterday. Yesterday the devil came here. Right here. And it smells of sulfur still today." - Hugo Chavez.

Arbour

- Lemon Arbour gets 'two thumbs up' for their pork, in a word: exquisite! Even certain persons who don't eat pork were face-down in a portion of barbequed pork. Glorious!

- Ever notice how, on the CBC evening news, they cut-off whoever is translating for the hearing impaired when they transition to an interview or to footage of a news item? And, most times mid-sentence? So, the hearing-impaired should only be given half of the news? Why not have the interpretor translate what the person is saying when they air file footage? It's a great idea to accommodate the hearing-impaired, but if you are going to do something, please do it properly.
